 A real honour to have "TV Moon," part of my 'Miasma of Decay' project published on Hotel. All the words in TV Moon are taken from two sources: seven translations of Ovid’s Metamorphoses and the raw transcript of the Apollo 11 mission’s Technical Air-To-Ground communications. The Ovid passages are selected from sentences which feature the word moon, the NASA excerpts were chosen and integrated by matching their words with ones in the Ovid passages. Some punctuation has been slightly changed. Some abbreviations unpacked. Spellings anglicised. TV Moon was published in Hotel online magazine in June, 2022.
